PAAS s.r.o.

The company Mestský parkovací systém, spol. s r. o., currently known as PAAS s.r.o., was established by Resolution No. 516/1997 of the Bratislava City Council on April 15, 1997, as a wholly-owned entity of the Capital City of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava.

The company was founded with the objective of preparing, implementing, and operating a unified parking system in Bratislava, including the preparation and construction of public parking and garage facilities. On November 1, 2014, the company was dissolved and entered into liquidation; however, the liquidation process was subsequently halted.

Mestský parkovací systém, now PAAS s.r.o., was revived as part of the newly emerging parking policy system, with the aim of efficiently providing services for the Capital City and becoming a stable, prosperous, and professional partner both for public authorities and commercial clients. Since February 1, 2021, the company has been responsible for towing vehicles from local roads under the jurisdiction of the Capital City, including selected roads managed by individual city districts. Since 2022, the company has been implementing the PAAS parking policy in various districts of Bratislava.

PAAS s.r.o. performs property management activities on entrusted or leased properties (such as parking garages and gated parking lots). The goal is to efficiently provide the above-mentioned services to the Capital City and its districts, which are key partners of PAAS s.r.o.

The company continues to evolve, and as of 2025, it also offers alternative parking solutions in the form of STOWERA parking towers.

As of January 1, 2025, the company was officially renamed to PAAS s.r.o.
