Assistance Centre of Help on Bottova Street

We have set up a large-capacity Assistance Centre on Bottova Street (on the premises of the former temporary bus station, Bottova 7).

People from Ukraine can obtain the necessary information under one roof, apply for temporary shelter, receive psychological or legal support or accommodation coordinated by the District Office. The assistance centre for Ukrainians is open on weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Besides the initial support, what support can I get at the Assistance Centre of Help on Bottova Street?

  • 25 easily accessible offices of the Immigration Police, which issues temporary refuge status,
  • legal advice,
  • psycho-social and health assistance,
  • EVENT MEDICAL ambulance service - paramedics and nurses who regularly provide treatment to people from Ukraine, Amenable recreation areas, including facilities for children, refreshments and hygiene facilities,
  • international organisations
  • the Centre was designed to provide primary support for up to 2,500 people per day,
  • This has created a systematic base in Bratislava for the long-term provision of quality services for Ukrainians

The creation of the ACP is the result of cooperation between the City Hall, government institutions, NGOs, the company HB Reavis, which provided the premises, as well as other companies that contributed financially, materially or through volunteers.
