The zoning plan of this zone deals with the area which has the character of established low-storey buildings of various types, character and density in the north-western part of Bratislava – Stare Mesto district. An important part of this area consists of the Horský Park, the Slavín monument, the Juventa and Kalvária.

Typical for this zone are many buildings of cultural, historical and social value with distinguished romantic and functionalistic architecture. Many of them are listed as cultural monuments.

The zone borders are defined from the north by Hroboňova Street, Pražská Way, from the east partially by Pražská Way, Hlboká Way, Fraňo Kráľ Street and Moyzesova Street. Southern border is created partially by Palisády, Šulekova Street and western by Búdková Street.

Zoning plan – An Update on the Zoning Plan of the Zone A6 Bratislava was approved by the Resolution of the Bratislava City Council No. 609/2001 of 28.6.2001. A binding part of the relevant zoning plan was decreed by the Generally Binding Regulation of Bratislava No. 7/2001 ↗︎ with effect from 1.9.2001.

Zoning plan – An Update on the Zoning Plan of the Zone A6 Bratislava, in 2003, sectors 3, 7b, 9a, 12, 13, 16, 56, 72 and 84 were approved by resolution of the Bratislava City Council No. 333/2004 of 1.4.2004. A binding part of the relevant zoning plan was announced by the General Binding Regulation of Bratislava No. 3/2004 ↗︎ with effect from 1.5.2004.
